About Us:
We are part of the Neusole Foundation, a 501(c)(3) not for profit, private operating foundation studio located in the suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. We have recently doubled the size of our hot shop and we are looking to expand our team now! We are looking for someone with skills in glassblowing, but cold working, flameworking, fusing, and equipment maintenance are a plus.
Job Type:
Full-time or part-time glass blower
Schedule:
Typically, open Wednesday through Sunday. Mondays and Tuesdays off unless a special event is scheduled.
Compensation:
- $20 and up depending on skills/experience
- 4 hours of personal time per week

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in glass blowing

The Studio Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the glassblowing studio, overseeing production, artist support, and equipment maintenance. This role ensures the studio is a safe, efficient, and creative environment, enabling artists to focus on their craft while managing the logistical needs of production.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee studio operations, including glassblowing processes, artist coordination, and production schedules.
Ensure the studio is well-maintained, with all equipment functioning properly and safely.
