The global COVID-19 pandemic is affecting all our families, businesses, and ways of life in unprecedented ways. During this time, it is vital that Olympic Color Rods take the necessary steps to make it possible for our customers to maintain day-to-day operations with as little disruption as possible.
As of now, our warehouse will remain open for our regular business hours, but we have decided to close our doors to the public to prevent further spread of COVID-19. These precautionary measures are being taken to limit the spread of the virus, support our employees in this challenging time and ensure we maintain our ability to serve our customers for the long term. Our staff members are following a safety protocol of increased handwashing, ongoing sanitization of surfaces, adherence to social distancing, and staying home if they feel unwell.

Can I still order products through www.glasscolor.com? – Yes, all orders will be processed and shipped as normal until we are advised otherwise from health and government authorities.
What if I am local? Do I need to ship my order? – No, Will-Call orders are available for pick up at our warehouse, but we ask that you either order through our website or call in your order and provide payment at the time of ordering. Once your order is ready, we will call you, and you can come pick the order up. Orders will be transferred through our roll-up door.
Will you deliver locally? Absolutely, as usual, we will deliver orders that are over $500 and within 50 miles of our Seattle location. Please contact us at 206-343-7336 to make arrangements.
How will this impact your customer service? – No change here. We will continue to provide phone and email support as usual. Should circumstances change, OCR has a continuity plan to be able to handle customer questions, orders, and requests remotely. We will update you with any changes regarding our operations as this fluid situation unfolds.
