STANDARD D2 DIAMOND SHEAR

Overall Length: 8 3/4" Blade Length: 4” Blade Thickness: 1/8”

The D2 Diamond shear is made from D2 tool steel which is more abrasion resistant for a longer lasting edge and cleaner cuts. The blades are 1/8” thick; 1/16” thinner than the standard Diamond Shear. Cuts made with thinner blades will cause less distortion of the glass. The handles are the same as the Standard Diamond Shear coming in two sizes Standard and Compact. The cutting capacity is slightly larger than the Standard Diamond Shear. Made by Jim Moore Tools.

Tool Sharpening available upon request; please reach out to Olympic Color Rods for pricing and procedures. You must contact OCR before sending any tools back for sharpening. Pricing can range from $20.00 - $40.00.

Please provide us with the tool type and your contact information. Please be sure that the tools are carefully wrapped, with your contact information inserted into the box.

ETA’s are not provided as they are dependent upon the tool manufacturers current work load.

Damaged/Return/Exchanging of this product:

-A replacement will be provided if there is manufacturing damages present, or damages from transit. You must contact OCR within 72 hours of receipt of your order. We will require photos of the damaged materials, including the original packaging so be sure to keep those directed by OCR staff.

-Tools that have been used are no longer eligible for returns or exchanges. No Exceptions.
